MEMBER REQUIREMENTS
All active/full and senior members are required to complete the following for each 6-month period (January 1 to June 30 and July 1 to December 31):

Annual member dues = $75
Training fees = $400 per 6-month period
Senior members (60+ years old)
Annual member dues = $75
Training fees = $350 per 6-month period

Members may reduce these fees by earning up to 6 credits in each 6-month period by doing jobs for the club. Each credit is worth a $25 reduction, after member requirements have been met.

Kruisin’ members that want the ability to reserve private barn use time without attending training classes may pay a "Barn Use Fee" as an alternative to a "Training Fee" for each 6-month period: active member barn use fee = $300, senior member barn use fee = $250.
In order for a Kruisin' member to be able to reserve private barn use time, the member must (1) have had an agility dog competing at the master level OR (2) complete Kruisin' Kanines Beginner Agility level class OR (3) have prior approval of Training Director.
Associate membership is available for those who fail to meet member requirements or for those wishing for more of a "social" membership - $75 annual member dues will apply. Associate members will receive the club newsletter and can participate in Sunday run-throughs and club events, but do not receive class discounts and may not make a barn reservation.

    ​Member Sponsor Information –
    Please provide two Kruisin' Kanines member references. Any Kruisin' Kanines member in good standing can serve as your sponsor.

    If you don't know a Kruisin' Kanines member but would still like to be considered for membership, we will invite you to meet us first.

    By submitting my membership application, I confirm I've read and agree to Kruisin' Kanines policies.

    DOG AGGRESSION POLICY:
    My dog has not been shown to be aggressive to dogs or people and has not been involved in any physical interaction that has caused injury to another dog or person.

    DOG HEALTH POLICY:
    I certify that my dog is under the care of a veterinarian, is deemed healthy, free from external/internal parasites, communicable diseases, and has the appropriate vaccinations.

    WAIVER/AGREEMENT:​
    I agree to hold the club, Kruisin Kanines of Perkasie, (hereinafter referred to the club), its members, instructors, directors, officers, agents, superintendents and/or the lesser of the premises upon which any private lesson or club event is held or sanctioned, and any employees or volunteers of the aforementioned parties, harmless from any claim for loss or injury which may be alleged to have caused directly to any person or thing by the act(s) of my dog(s) while in or about the event premises or grounds or near any entrance hereto, and I personally assume all responsibility and liability for any such claim; and I further agree to hold the aforementioned parties harmless from any claim for loss, injury or damage to his/her dog(s). I hereby release Kruisin Kanines of Perkasie, the officers, directors, instructors and members therefor, and owners of the premises upon which training is held, from any claim for damages which may occur to me, my attendees or my dog(s), or expenses arising out of any injury or damage to any property caused by my dog(s), my attendees, or myself. I acknowledge that by entering into this Private Instruction or Drop in agreement I am, or will be, a Limited Member of Kruisin Kanines Agility and Dog Sports Club for the duration of this agreement. Additionally, I hereby assume the sole responsibility for and agree to indemnify, defend, and save the aforementioned parties harmless from any and all loss and expense (including legal fees) by reason of the liability imposed by law upon any of the aforementioned parties for the damage because of bodily injuries, including death at any time resulting there from, sustained by any person or persons, including myself or on account of damage to property, arising out of or in consequence of my participation in Club events, however such, injuries, death, or property damage may be caused, and whether or not the same may have been caused or may be alleged to have been caused by negligence of the aforementioned parties or any of their employees, agents, or any other persons.

    MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT: 
    I agree to fulfill my active membership requirements as outlined below for each 6-month period (January 1 to June 30 and July 1 to December 31). I understand that if I do not meet these obligations that my membership status will automatically default to Associate Membership status and I will no longer be able to reserve the facility for private use or attend classes at a reduced rate.
     - Attend at least 1 membership meeting every 6 months
     - Participate in a total of 2 barn work days
     - Participate in 2 trial work days (barn or off-site)
     - Pay annual dues as well as training fees (or barn use fees), less any credits earned during the previous 6-month period 

    PAYMENT:
    Once your application has been reviewed and approved (typically within 10 days of application), you will receive confirmation and you will be billed for your annual dues and training fees (if applicable) by the club's treasurer.
