Dog Policies and Waiver Forms

Attendees at all Kruisin' Kanines classes and events are required to agree to our ​Dog Aggression Policy, Health Policy, and Waiver Agreement. Completing and submitting the form below will serve as your digital signature and agreement consent. If you are attending classes, workshops, or seminars at Kruisin' Kanines, please note:
  • Class session dates are subject to change or cancellation due to weather conditions, facility issues, or public health concerns. Make-up dates may need to be added to the end of a session. If temperatures are predicted at 28-degrees (F) or colder, canceling class will be suggested; each instructor will make the best decision for their class. Instructors will communicate any changes.
  • The latest class schedule will be found on our website: kruisinkanines.com/classes. 
  • Refunds will not be issued once a class session begins.
  • For Junior handlers (under age 18) - a parent or legal adult guardian must be present and inside the building at all times when the junior is at the Kruisin’ Kanines facility, including during class instruction. 

If you or your dog are exhibiting any symptoms of illness, please do not come to the barn until symptoms have resolved. We are lucky to have a well-ventilated facility, and we are hopeful that we can all work together to keep our Kruisin’ dogs (and our humans) safe. 
  • We encourage limiting contact with other dogs at the barn - this includes socializing/sniffing and sharing bowls/water/toys.
  • If you have a sick dog or an exposed dog, please keep your dog and other family dogs at home and seek veterinary care. 
  • Symptoms of dog illness may include: cough, sneezing, congestion, nasal or eye discharge, elevated temperature, diarrhea, decreased appetite, low energy. 
    ​Kruisin' Kanines Dog Aggression Policy:
    My dog has not been shown to be aggressive to dogs or people and has not been involved in any physical interaction that has caused injury to another dog or person.

    ​Kruisin' Kanines Dog Health Policy:
    I certify that my dog is under the care of a veterinarian, is deemed healthy, free from external/internal parasites, communicable diseases, and has the appropriate vaccinations.

    Kruisin' Kanines Waiver/Agreement:
    I agree to hold the club, Kruisin Kanines of Perkasie, (herein after referred to the club), its members, instructors, directors, officers, agents, superintendents and/or the lesser of the premises upon which any private lesson or club event is held or sanctioned, and any employees or volunteers of the aforementioned parties, harmless from any claim for loss or injury which may be alleged to have caused directly to any person or thing by the act(s) of my dog(s) while in or about the event premises or grounds or near any entrance hereto, and I personally assume all responsibility and liability for any such claim; and I further agree to hold the aforementioned parties harmless from any claim for loss, injury or damage to his/her dog(s). I hereby release Kruisin Kanines of Perkasie, the officers, directors, instructors and members therefor, and owners of the premises upon which training is held, from any claim for damages which may occur to me, my attendees or my dog(s), or expenses arising out of any injury or damage to any property caused by my dog(s), my attendees, or myself. I acknowledge that by entering into this Private Instruction or Drop in agreement I am, or will be, a Limited Member of Kruisin Kanines Agility and Dog Sports Club for the duration of this agreement. Additionally, I hereby assume the sole responsibility for and agree to indemnify, defend, and save the aforementioned parties harmless from any and all loss and expense (including legal fees) by reason of the liability imposed by law upon any of the aforementioned parties for the damage because of bodily injuries, including death at any time resulting there from, sustained by any person or persons, including myself or on account of damage to property, arising out of or in consequence of my participation in Club events, however such, injuries, death, or property damage may be caused, and whether or not the same may have been caused or may be alleged to have been caused by negligence of the aforementioned parties or any of their employees, agents, or any other persons.

    ​Drop-in fee schedule (paid online to Kruisin' Kanines):
     - Active/Senior Members pay $25 per agility class and $30 per nosework class
     - Associate Members pay $30 per agility class and $35 per nosework class
     - Non-members pay $30 per agility class and $35 per nosework class
     - Non-members pay $20 per private lesson (in addition to instructor fee)
