The Kruisin' Kanines are full members of NADAC, and AKC Licensed, specializing in dog agility. With year round training facilities and skilled instructors, it is the Philadelphia area fastest growing club.
Kruisin Kanines Agility club of Perkasie was formed in the summer of 1996 using the sport of dog agility to foster the relationship between handlers and their dogs. Although competition is encouraged, it is not a requirement of our club. Whether for fun or competition, all handlers are encouraged to play and learn with us.
Training is held six days a week at our indoor/outdoor facility in Carversville Pennsylvania. In addition to our 9600 square foot, fully lighted indoor facility, we added, in the summer of 2000, a 100 X 100 lighted, outdoor ring. With over two complete sets of quality agility equipment, indoor-outdoor training and an excellent training staff, there is enough here to satisfy the most demanding agility enthusiast.
Kruisin' Kanines holds three trials a year. In April, we hold our AKC sanctioned agility trial. In July, 2008 we will hosting our first DOCNA trial and in October, we hold a NADAC sanctioned agility trial. Club members also participate in numerous public demonstrations, a summer picnic and an awards banquet in the winter.
